What we are about

Many of the individuals involved in the Pinnacle Hills law suit are believed to be left behind in the agreed decision between Lennar and the Pinnacle Hill's residents. We have been notified that Lennar has allegedly refused to stand behind the warranty that was agreed upon by their clients in the outcome of this suit. In this website we will be focusing on the loopholes in the final decision written in the documents, binding arbitration clauses, as well as the liability of residents in the final contract agreement. This website is under construction so please check back regularly.
