Although your intentions of "raising hell" at the next hoa meeting is rightfully justified, you will be told in a nice way to shut up and sit down. When these issues are raised they are usually addressed by scott bud who doesn't really answer the question, but artfully dances around it. Also- do you have the address to complain about violations I've been seeing. To be more specific, the same violation everyday for the past 2 months?

Although I value neighbors who trim their lawn on a regular basis, the weeds seem to be out of control this year and we are doing everything in our power to kill those nasty things. Its a shame that the hoa can't do the same thing with respect to the vacant lot at the very front of the property. Maybe the hoa needs a reminder letter from a concerned homeowner.

You'll get a letter for sure the same as Amy O and ourselves but the election is coming up soon so I am not worried about it. I was out for a walk down Almquist and lennar is building two new houses down the 300 block and the other 3 vacant lot is being used to store scrap lumber with no fencing around it to protect curious children. I am so sick and tired of lennar and their subcontractors and their half a** way of doing things and not caring about the safety of anybody.

I run around the neighborhood every night. My jog starts on Almquist..I don't know for sure how long it takes to cure, but they seem to be putting the frames on the concrete after a day...Surely they should be waiting a week. I don't have the time, but it would be interesting to take photos from the dirt phase to finish and see just how fast they build it.

I have been trying to do the above mentioned. Unfortunately half way through I get busy. I would love to get a couple of people together and work on this project. I can create an area for this sole purpose and we can coordinate via the forum depending on everyones schedules etc. Let me know what you think and we can start recruiting those that would like to contribute.
