 Re: HOA duesI am printing it off now and if anyone wants a copy please let me know. I will not be throwing this one away!! I must tell you though,,that if you want a copy,,your gonna have to cough up some dough because I use the same copy center as the HOA

Re: HOA dues Easy on that copier! That ink is not cheap. We have a digital version so no copies needed. Computers = paperless society. Think green!!

Re: HOA dues Yeah, its unavoidable but I will always have a gas guzzling stoked out engine in the garage as a collectors item. With gas hitting $4 by summer time, now is the time to score that old muscle car. Soon they will be worth as much as your house. LOL

Re: HOA dues Christmas decorations for 950bux? I've lived in this joint for 5 years and have yet to see any Christmas decorations that were put up by anyone other than the people who live in homes in our subdivision. I've never seen one red bow or one christmas light put up by the HOA on any street sign, blade of grass, or mailbox. What a crock of you know what.
