Jeff Phillips is a 24 year resident of Hutto. He has spent a total of 9 years on the Hutto City Council, 5 years as a council member, and 4 years as Mayor. He has served as Mayor Pro Tem for 2 years and as Acting Police Chief for 6 months. Needless to say, he has been around.
If you know Jeff personally you also know that he has strong opinions and some people may not like his expressions of opinion, but people who know him well, will tell you that he does his homework before hand in an effort to hit the nail on the head.
