We received a few emails and phone calls from subcontractors and vendors of Lennar Homes, so we thought it might be an opportunity to hear from them as well. Arrogant SOBs - "As a tradesman that works on Lennar Projects, they are arrogant SOB's to work for as well. Bunch of punk kids run through managment school who act as though they can do, when its painfully clear (running of the mouth) is they only trade they have."

Bullies - We have been working for Lennar as a sub-contractor since 2004 in the Dallas area. In the past year we started having most of the problems you are describing on this site about subs, from extortion, invoices not being paid, threatened if we did not drop our price below any possibility of making a profit we would be replaced. Promises of production estimates that never materialized, threats from Lennar’s attorneys if we file liens they would deal with us costing us money and would be drug out over years. Basically, Lennar has more money than we do. We are a WBE business and like you we will not be bullied by Lennar.
