We've received several calls and emails about some very interesting things going on in Lennar Homes subdivisions in the Las Vegas area. In fact, we've now heard the "F" word enough that we feel confident enough to go public. The "F" word in this case is "fraud." If the allegations prove to be true, this means homeowners affected by the fraud will have legal claims against Lennar Homes, and we will have the ammunition to sit down with the State of Las Vegas to request Lennar's license be suspended or revoked. At the very least, this is a huge positive for all owners of Lennar homes in Nevada that are having problems.

We want to hear from anyone in the Marble Canyon and Carmel Canyon subdivisions or any of the 40 Lennar Homes subdivisions in the area. We will share the information we have with you, and we would like to hear what problems you are having. We will also put you in touch with a law firm in the area that is an expert at dealing with these issues.

Whatever you do, we recommend you don't sign your rights away in a settlement or confidentiality agreement with Lennar Homes. If you stand together as a group, you will help yourselves and you will help all of your neighbors. If you sign away your rights, then you are surrounded by homes with the same problems you have, and that will affect the value of your home just from being associated with the subdivisions in question. We will put you in touch with a law firm that will protect you, your neighbors and the value of your subdivisions.
