Nearly $2 million of the $5 million raised by the opponents of Florida Hometown Democracy Amendment 4 since April comes from Wall Street’s biggest construction corporations — corporations that recently received billions in federal bailout money. Another $2.5 million funneled to the Political Committee opposing Amendment 4 during the past four months came from a who’s who of lobbying groups that represent the over-builders/speculators.
It has been awhile since we have posted anything online about the Hutto Parke situation. All allegations of fraudulent business practices still stand. Lennar has opted for a ruling in our local court (which has been filed again). After Lennar stomped their feet and demanded to
follow their arbitration clauses found in the contract, we find ourselves back in local court due to the bloated costs reflected in Lennar’s arbitration

Thousands of decent constituents from Sacramento, Tracy, Stockton, Oakland, Modesto, East Palo Alto, and San Francisco - have joined the Caravan For Justice to gather in Sacramento the Capitol of California - and speak out.

In San Francisco Lennar the Rogue Developer is stalling and trying every single gimmick to survive.
Stuart Miller the Chief Executive Officer of Lennar - is trying his best to use his influence to tap into some Stimulus Package Money - with NO success.
The lacking performance of this house and everything built in, and around it, by the Lennar contracted employees, just never ceases to amaze me. February 28, 2009 started off just like any day. My wife pulls me aside and tells me to take a look around the side of the house. I take a look and the fence is completely lying on the ground. If you have not followed my blog of problems with my Lennar home, they have been non stop. From days after moving into this home saturated with the Logic Lennar has to give, it has been non-stop issue after issue.
Usually Christmas is a time to be with family and exchange gifts. It is one of the best times of year for me. Well Usually. When you buy a Lennar home the gift of repairs just keep on giving. For Christmas my Lennar home gave me a leaky pipe that had been slowly damaging the floors and ceiling for a long time unnoticed. This damage started showing just months out of our 2 year warranty that covered something like this. So directly after the holidays I got to rip out the floor, ceiling, and replace the septic pipe that came with my new home.
All of us have been affected by this Rogue Developer Lennar that has with INTENT caused havoc in our lives.
We in San Francisco were adversely impacted when large scale grading was done in our neighborhood - at Bayview Hunters Point.
There is a rock called Serpentine Rock - when crushed this rock releases ASBESTOS structures.
One way to contain the release of these dangerous structures and its containment to a particular area - pouring millions of gallons of water.
Well, as you might aspect Lennar did not do this.
