Usually Christmas is a time to be with family and exchange gifts. It is one of the best times of year for me. Well Usually. When you buy a Lennar home the gift of repairs just keep on giving. For Christmas my Lennar home gave me a leaky pipe that had been slowly damaging the floors and ceiling for a long time unnoticed. This damage started showing just months out of our 2 year warranty that covered something like this. So directly after the holidays I got to rip out the floor, ceiling, and replace the septic pipe that came with my new home. Thanks Lennar, your product continues to be the worse decision I have ever made. Hopefully now with more and more information posted on this website people can do research and save themselves from making a decision that could affect them negatively for the life of their 30 year mortgage.
