5-16-2008 For those of you buying into HuttoParke be aware that the HOA is ran mostly of Lennar representitives and according to the most recent amendment to the bylaws (which they can do without informing anyone as long as they own 1 lot) Lennar has taken your rights away to a court of law. 5-11-2008 From the recordings we have of yesterdays meeting with Janet Ahmad, it looks as though I am right again. You did not miss anything and once again, promises made were not fulfilled as previously predicted on other sites. State representatives were not present and the only person that was representing any kind of government entity was Ken Love. Our resources confirm this meeting was a complete waste of time.
5-9-2008 Get an email about a "Neighborhood meeting" at Rio Grande? This arrangement has been independently organized by others exploiting our contact list and not huttoparke.com. If you want to support Janet Ahmads agenda and political goals and don't mind sitting on a patio in 90 degree weather to hear her ramble on about a lemmon law then this is for you. Otherwise I would not bother.
5-9-2008 Today we are celebrating our mile stone of 100,000 hits. The site has changed a lot since it first began and those of you who contributed your stories are the ones who have made it such a useful tool for others. If potential Lennar customers could not find out just what kind product Lennar produces while using unskilled labor and cutting corners to save a buck, then there is no telling how many more Lennar subdivisions would have been built in the exact same manner. While we may not have stopped all of the shoddy building in Texas, we sure have put Lennar on their toes and thats what matters.
5-7-2008 More repair photos have been submitted of 200 Wegstrom. We have now moved on from the driveway and sheetrock repair to the exterior of the home. Not the hardy plank like we have seen before on many homes but the masonary. View 200 Wegstrom here.
