Lennar HP March 2008

3-27-2008 We have updated our story at 310 Phillips with our electrical issues. If anyone else is having electrical issues please contact us. You won't be the first and deffinately wont be the last.

3-25-2008 We have a new photo of 113 Wegstrom posted. SERVPRO was at 102 Wiley sporting their motto, "Like it never happened". We added new pictures for 207 Rinehardt. Lennar finally began to finish the regrading at 318 Phillips today. New photos are posted of 310 Wegstrom. We have added the residence of 122 Wegstrom to the long list of Lennar repairs.

3-21-2008 New comments have been submitted. As many of us have seen before, Lennar's attempt to fix these (as Lennar states) "cosmetic" issues have been futile and the problems just come back. Those of you out there that are having your house fixed more than once, please contact us so we can guide you in the right direction for a resolution that protects you. View the comments Here.

3-19-2008 We have added photos of 107 Phillips showing Lennar once again ripping out an entire driveway. I bet Lennar still stands firm that according to their analysis the soil is not the problem. I can't imagine the influence of uncertainty that comes with the plasticity index of the soil when the bore taken at 100 Phillips shows the index at 41. Maybe Lennar should reference their geostatistical methods for enlightenment but then again if they did that with some sort of instestinal fortitude they would not be able to continually Con the government out of FHA loans in Hutto Parke.

3-14-2008 We have added more photos of 205 Wegstrom showing Lennar completely removed their driveway. While we are on the subject of driveways, 313 Brown just had their entire driveway re-poured. 313 Brown is our most recent built house on our list. This home is so new they are still advertising it online Here. Expansive soil does not discriminate folks. We added some photos of 310 Wegstrom to add some life in their webpage. 102 Wiley has been added to the victim list currently going through the repair process.

3-13-2008 210 Sylvan dropped us a message to let us know whats going on over at their home. Does Lennar treat it's customers differently? Check the Lennar Letters page in the offer letters section for another example. 210 Sylvan's message. We have added 205 Wegstrom to the lengthy list of homes recieving repairs. 3-12-2008 200 Wegstrom has new images posted on their webpage. Once again, windows were left open by the Lennar contractors during a hard rain, and we have pictures. Why is this still happening? View it Here.

3-6-2008 We came across another very young looking worker over at 305 Sylvan. I hope the contractors are not violating any labor laws because that would not be a good thing for Lennar. But then again it is my opinion that if Lennar actually supervised their workers they would be more aware of what is actually going on out here. 305 Sylvan
