6-12-08 Looks like we have a new builder in our neighborhood. Lennar has sold their lots on almquist and from what we are told the undeveloped section 7 as well.

6-9-08 It's been long due since I have had the time to add emails to the list of complaints. This site as grown so large that it truely is a task to keep up with all the Lennar problems. Today I added a few and will try to keep up in the future. See it HERE.

Defective homes are becoming more prominent in Texas and Hutto is no exception. HuttoParke.com is a group of concerned Huttoparke residents providing solutions collectively to retain the value of your home as an investment in regards to what we believe are defective qaulities being passed on to us by Lennar. Our goal is to protect the best interest of the consumer by allowing beneficial options in your decision in respect to the unfortunate positions we have been put in as homeowners regarding the on going post construction repairs in our Hutto, Texas neighborhood.

We will be updating the website as time progresses and we collect data from many of those that have already followed the avenue of repair of what is said to be only cosmetic issues by Lennar, DEH Engineering, and Dan McDowell, Hutto's chief building inspector. Our soil tests prove otherwise.
