1-30-08 119 Sylvan has been added to the victim list. It's just another day of repairs in our Lennar neighborhood. We are approaching one year of watching these repairs going on in our subdivision. While in other neighborhoods parents are watching their children grow and play within their community, ours is filled with movers and heavy equipment. 1-24-08 Chris M. Guerrero, Service Relations Manager for TSSA drywall specialist, made an unannounced, uninvited appearance at our private residence yesterday, demanding his photo be removed from our public documentary. Lennar contractors never cease to amaze me from Dwayne Keith Campbell with Lennar to TSSA, the behavior is just aggressive and abnormal.

1-17-08 200 Sylvan has been added to the victim list. We were informed that Lennar's attorney may have paid a special visit to our neighborhood after hours last night. It is going to be interesting to see what we document in the year to come. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.
1-15-08 114 Wegstrom has been added to the victim list. If you are having problems with Lennar customer service or seeing cracks and/or nail pops in your sheet rock or cracks in your driveway, please contact us as to help document the severity of our situation.
1-14-08 Here we have a nail that was supposed to hit the 2X4 securing the hardy plank but missed and looks to be penetrating an electrical line. A similar situation in a Lennar home has already killed an innocent person which you can read about HERE.

1-9-08 According to Nathaniel Jones, the Janet Ahmad Bomb case began on Monday the 7th and ended Tuesday the 8th with a guilty verdict. She has been sentenced to probation for 1 year and is required to pay a $4000 fine. Read more in our news section.
