2-29-2008 We have posted photos of 113 Wegstrom being repaired. This makes how many homes repaired in our community? Its not over yet and we will be documenting all that we can.

2-28-2008 We have recieved another response from Mallard Park in Taylor. Not only are they NOT moving the residents out of the house for repairs but pointing all issues towards bad texturing. So Lennars solution......retexture all the while dancing around your belongings with a promise they wont make a mess. View it Here.

2-27-2008 We have added additional grading pictures of 106 Sylvan and also added 112 Sylvan to our list of Lennar repair victims. Survey results thus far say 100% of current HuttoParke homeowners will never buy another Lennar home again. Who could blame them? 228 Flinn has another documented case of garage door failure. This makes the third time this has happened and we have pictures of two out of the three.

2-25-2008 Lennar sent out another slew of letters arriving over the weekend. If you are one of the many residents that have received this letter please contact us. Your options are greater than what Lennar is allowing you to believe. To see some copies of the letters we have retained look Here.

2-22-2008 106 Sylvan has been added to the repair list. Just another example of the Logic Lennar provides to homeowners in Hutto. In my opinion, logic would be building the homes correctly the first time and preparing the volatile soil to promote some form of stability. But who are we (other than paying customers!) to question Lennars logic.

2-20-2008 We have recieved yet another comment submission from Bastrop detailing again very similar problems to what we are experiencing in Hutto Parke. You have to ask yourself is this just a coincidence or is it typical of Lennar builders? View it Here We have a new addition to the repair list. 214 Almquist has been added photographing the contractors while working.

2-18-2008 301 Saul has been documented as having the contractors back for more repairs. The contractors claim the homeowner believed the driveway to be poored to thin. Check the photos for yourself. If the concrete was not to thin then what could be the problem for the failure of the concrete? Could it in fact be the highly expansive soil? You be the judge.

2-13-2008 314 Phillips has been added to the victim list as well as 214 Sylvan.

2-4-2008 Amy Orbison has submitted some updates for her home. More and more problems keep surfacing and the empty promises from Lennar follow with no resolution. View the additions at the bottom of her webpage Here! We have updated 132 Sylvan's page with the new installation of carpet. View it Here. It is assumed as with many other residences, the carpet was not satisfactory after the contractrors did the typical Hutto Parke repairs.
