12-27-2007 Sources have alleged that Lexor Homes have bought 70 lots from Lennar in the Legends of Hutto community. It has been announced that Lennar has sold off ~11,000 lots this month in a recent article. Read more HERE

12-20-2007 207 Phillips has been updated with their contribution of the Lennar repair process. From everything I have been hearing it would not surprise me if Lennar has been swapping parts between houses just to save a dollar. Check your newly installed locks furnished by Lennar, are there scratches or any signs of ware and tear? If so your neighbors could have a key to your house. Check that new carpet thoroughly, is there any ware or are there seams where there shouldn't be? In my opinion it is possible you might have been a subject of yet another form of Lennar Logic.

12-14-2007 132 Sylvan and 304 Rinehardt have been added to the victim list. We have the morning pictures of 108 Rinehardt posted showing a full night of the garage door being left open. View them HERE!

12-13-2007 215 Sylvan Has been added to the victim list. 108 Rinehardt has been documented as being neglected by the customer service they are currently recieving. Needless to say we are seeing yet another garage door malfunction resulting in it being left open by the Lennar contractors all night long with the residents belongings exposed. Where are our Lennar associates to make sure the residents personal property is secure after the contractors leave? Still want to buy a Lennar product?

12-12-2007 201 Wegstrom's profile has been updated with correspondence between Lennar at their current repair situation accompanied by yesterdays regrading photos. 229 Almquist is still waiting for a reimbursement check for having their locks changed due to the Lennar peeping tom associate that was working on their house that was fired in the beginning of November. Why does it take Lennar so long to respond to a security issue? Is that the Logic of Lennar?

If you thought you were the only one who endured the lack of ethics assuming it was a fluke, think again. Consistently shocking, bold face deceitfully shameful customer service is what many have experienced. Still want to buy a Lennar?

12-5-2007 304 Wegstrom has updated their webpage with their position on the rapair situation. 229 Almquist has updated their page with the on going process of getting reimbursed for changing their locks after the Lennar Associate that oversaw the repairs on their house was arrested for being a peeping tom. I am glad that they could afford to front the cost of the work because since Nov 5th, one month ago, when the news first broke about this incident, Lennar has come up with excuse after excuse for the delay.

Lennar contractors are back at 317 Phillips to replace the shingles on the front stoop AGAIN. This is the second time within a few months. We've added a couple more photo's of 207 Phillips for your viewing pleasure. Just more documentation of the "mass" repairs being performed on Lennar homes in our neighborhood. Why? Thats a good question.
