4-24-2008 Check out this excellent video coverage featuring Hutto Parke. This is some great footage and shows just how much construction is happening out here, not to build new homes, but to repair the ones Lennar has sold to it's alleged valuable customers. Video

4-22-2008 We have made it a point to post pictures of 123 Phillips which is currently being gutted as of today 4-22-08, to verify Kirtz's quote of "They now make the repairs through the attic, she said, so the residents don't have to move out." in the article Here,is not entirely accurate. 4-22-2008 Hutto Parke and Lennar has been featured in the Austin American Statesman again. Read about it Here.

4-17-2008 123 Phillips has been added to the repaired home list. Our numbers indicate ~145 homes have had warranty work performed on their properties. We allege the actual numbers are much higher but we don't forsee Lennar voluntarily communicating the actual statistics for work performed in HuttoParke. 123 Phillips photos can be viewed Here.

4-16-2008 Bakersfield, another Lennar community has filed a lawsuit for shoddy construction and defective Lennar homes. Read about it HERE

4-15-2008 We have seen this site time and time again. You wonder why your windows leak and your framing is put together wrong? It's almost like there was no attention to detail right? Well here is ANOTHER shot of a possible probable cause. Do yourself a favor and don't pick Lennar for your builder.
