HOA bylaw amendments
Persuant to Section 8.2 of the Declaration, the Declaration may be amended by Declarant acting alone so long as Declarant hold at least one (1) Lot in the HuttoParke Homeowners Association, Inc, a Texas non-profit corporation ("the Associaion").

Since Lennar does not have the intestinal fortitude to operate their business in an open forum and include the community, we thought it would be nice to let our community know of the recent changes in our HOA bylaws.
