This site has been created for the benefit of the HuttoParke Community residents to help colaborate and focus upon issues that our community would like resolved by the HOA. We feel that working together can not only help tackle certain issues with numbers but also help focus on priorities and unfinished topics that might otherwise be overlooked at meetings or other events. Currently our HOA board is a majority of Lennar representitives and many feel this might reflect in biased decisions being made or neglect to focus of certain areas. We hope that by working side by side and bringing light to matters that are of the interests of the HuttoParke community we can focus our productivity into a path that is both pro-active and truely open to everyones input.
