Looks like they will just skirt by the minimum allowed square footage allowed for a residence in the HOA bylaws.

Sec. 209.009. FORECLOSURE SALE PROHIBITED IN CERTAINCIRCUMSTANCES.
A property owners' association may not foreclose a property owners' association's assessment lien if the debt securing the lien consists solely of:

    HOA meeting checklist



    The Huttoparke HOA meeting has not been put on the schedule yet for this year but we should find topics the community should be interested in discussing for enlightenment.
