These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

I wanted to just give a little input on the problems that I have had with my home. To start off with. I moved out the 1st time back in July 2007 and Blue Whale was the moving company. When I was to move back in I was told it would be a Saturday I was at the house at 8am when I was told that the movers would be there and by 9am I called "Dwayne" (who is no longer with the company "Very Creepy") and he said that my move in date was not until Monday. I came back on that Monday and the movers brought my things in. I was there and my brand new furniture that was less than 6 months old was ruined. The company had to make 4 trips to my house because they didn't bring all of my things. The first trip they forgot all my televisions (4 TV's) except the big screen, all my dressers for every room X's 4 my pedestal to my formal dinning table, My computer desk, China Cabinet, bed rails to the kids beds 3X's, kids bikes, some boxes. The second trip they brought the TV's and the dresser. The Third trip I was so upset by this time. They brought the pedestal for the dinning table and the china cabinet and computer desk. The fourth trip I called them so upset because I feel like they took my furniture in one bunch why am I having to get it all back in 4 trips and I still never got the bed rails to my daughters bed. I was told that I had to purchase them and they would re-pay me for it. I told them that I should not have to go and buy something out of pocket and wait on them to pay me back. Needless to say I was never paid back for the bedrails.

After about a month I started seeing a change in the ceiling. It started looking like badly put together puzzle. I started working with a guy name "David" I had 10 inspections done on my home while working with David after all of this interruption of my time I was told that they would fix my house while I was still living there and they would cover my furniture up. I told him that he had to be kidding me. I mentioned how bad the carpet was when I came back home and that I didn't want my furniture worked over. He wanted me to believe that they would take care of my furniture and that it would be covered and that he would have it cleaned for me. Well my living room furniture at the time was only 2 months old. Why would I want to let them clean it. So he told me " well you already had extensive repairs so that is not going to happen again" I told him well it was not my fault that it wasn't done right from the start. He was basically trying to be a smarty. I told him that I would have a 3rd party inspection done and my Lawyer would be getting back in touch with them. I found out who else I could talk to at Lennar and explained the customer service that I had received and told them that something had to be done about the whole situation. I was then contacted by 2 other very nice gentlemen with Lennar (Justin and another guy I can't think of his name) but they came in and looked and was very disappointed by what they has seen. They then scheduled another inspection and then immediately explained to me what went on. Basically a poor job was done on the ceiling. They told me to tell them what I wanted and they would do it. I will be moving out of my house again for 1 week this time I was given a schedule of the work that is to be completed while I am away. I was also informed that I had holes in my exhaust and not enough insulation in my ceiling the reason my electric bill has been over $200 since I moved back in July. I am a single mother and I don't have the resources to check things like the attic for insulation and I don't know what to look for. So they are going to put the insulation back in the ceiling and fix the ducts that have the holes in them. They also understood about Blue Whale and told me that they are very sorry for the experience that I had and that Westlake Moving would do the move this time. They came out and explained what they would do and how they would handle the furniture. I just hope that everything goes well this time because I will be very upset. I only want to finally enjoy my home.

This has been the most unpleasant journey of my life because I bought my house wanting a better life for my children. I have only moved 2 times before I bought my home and now with these added 2 times I do not want to move ever again. I really hope that the whole issue as far as the homes get resolved and leave all the home owners with a very happy result because this is not what we wanted when we bought our homes.
