I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ISSUE ON THE NAIL-POPS ON THE CEILING OF MY HOUSE WAS NOT SO GOOD. MY HOUSE IS FULLY CUSTOM PAINTED AND WHEN I CAME BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS THAT MY HOUSE WAS "DONE" THE PAINTING WAS REALLY HORRIBLE. IT WAS ALL REPAINTED AGAIN. ABOUT THE MOVING PART WAS TERRIBLE. I GOT THINGS STOLEN, LOST, BROKEN, SCRATCHED FURNITURE WHICH WERE ONLY 1 MONTH OLD. I HAD A TRIMMER, SCANNER, ROUTER, MODEM, SHOE RACKS, ADIDAS SAMBA SHOES, MIRROR AND OTHER THINGS LOST OR STOLEN. BLUE WHALE REFUSES TO PAY FOR MY SCANNER, FLATBED CANON WHICH COST ME ABOUT $300.00 JUST BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT, I BOUGHT IT LAST YEAR IN CHICAGO AND I GUESS I THREW IT AWAY. HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO PASS THROUGH ALL THIS BULLSH..... AND ON TOP OF THAT ON THE UNPACKING DAY BLUE WHALE SENT OUT 2 GUYS TO UNPACK MY HOUSE, THEY WERE THERE FROM 10am-1pm , WENT OUT FOR LUNCH AT 1pm AND CAME BACK AT 4pm, 3 HR LUNCH FOR THEM, AND ME IN MY HOUSE DOING ALL THE UNPACKING, I KNOW IT'S MY HOUSE BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT BECAUSE I WASN'T GETTING PAID FOR IT. BLUE WHALE SENT ME A CHECK FOR $538.74, IT BARELY COVERS HALF OF MY STOLEN THINGS. FROM THE LENNAR SIDE, DWAYNE WAS NICE TO ME MOST OF THE TIME AND WILLING TO MAKE ME HAPPY BUT I'M STILL NOT HAPPY. THE PAINTERS STEPPED ON MY STOVE AND IS NOT ON IT'S PLACE BUT DWAYNE IS GOING TO SEND SOMEONE OUT SO IT CAN BE FIXED. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CARPET WAS WASHED BEFORE WE MOVED IN BUT WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT OF MY HOUSE WITH THERE SHOES ON THE CARPET LOOKS LIKE IT IS 5 YEARS OLD, FILTHY. I HAD TO PAY FOR CHILD CARE FOR MY KIDS, THAT WAS NOT IN MY PLANS, I HAVE 4 KIDS AND IT WAS KING OF EXPENSIVE TO PAY FOR BABYSITTER. I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM THE RECEIPT FOR THIS EXPENSE AND HOPEFULLY WILL REIMBURSED ME FOR THIS.

AGAIN DWAYNE IS OVERALL A NICE GUY ALTHOUGH HE AND MY NEIGHBOR AT 310 PHILLIPS ST., HAD AN ARGUMENT AT MY HOUSE, AND REALLY I DIDN'T LIKE THIS AT ALL. JOHN FROM THE BLUE WHALE COMPANY IS NOT POLITE AT ALL, VERY RUDE, HE TREATED ME LIKE IF I WAS HIS KID OR HIS EMPLOYEE. THEY LOST THE HARDWARE FOR MY SONS BED, IT WAS BOUGHT IN IKEA AND HE TOLD ME TO GO AND GET THE HARDWARE FROM THE STORE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GO HIMSELF. HE COULD AT LEAST SAID PLEASE AND OFFER ME AT LEAST $30.00 FOR GAS THAT'S SO EXPENSIVE AND MY TIME GOING ALL THE WAY TO IKEA. I HAD NOTHING TO BUY BUT I WENT JUST BECAUSE I WANTED MY SONS BED TO BE DONE AFTER A MONTH. AFTER 6 WEEKS OF BEING IN MY HOUSE AGAIN THE CEILING IS STARTING TO LOOK BULKY AND LOOKS LIKE THOSE NAIL POPS ARE GOING TO COME OUT AGAIN, I HAVE A FEELING THAT THE CEILING IS GOING TO CRACK. I DON'T FEEL SECURE HERE ANYMORE. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE, I HOPE I'M WRONG BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS AGAIN. WE'LL SEE HOW LONG WILL BLUE WHALE TAKE TO PAY ALL OF MY STOLEN AND LOST THINGS.

Admin Note: 12-10-2007, Michelle has moved out of her house this past weekend. They were renting to own and decided the home was not an investment that they were interested in after Lennar approached them about fixing their home yet again because it was done correctly the first time. Like we have seen time and time again, the problems just keep coming back.
