Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

11-16-2007 Here are the pictures that I took today.

Lennar Rep Brian stated these damages are not enough to redo my whole house like they are doing to everyone else's.

(Admin Note: These are just a few of many pictures I was sent. The damages in my opinion look pretty typical of all the homes I have seen repaired. Cracking, nail pops, wavy sheet rock, hardy plank separating, etc, etc. What ever you do don't look in your atic, but if you do, send us more pictures. :)

submitted 11-29-07 Well I have joined the ranks of trying to get issues with my home repaired. My husband went to the front office to get the form we had heard so much about. At that time he was told he should go online and file it there because the forms that have been faxed were getting lost, or not going through and causing a lot of problems. I did go online and it took about 2 days to get a call back.

A guy named Brian came to the house and walked around looking at some of the things I marked with the blue tape. I really felt like he wasn't really interested with anything I had to say. When I showed him some things I was told oh, you should have noticed these things when you had your walk through. Then he told me they would only redo the master bathroom because there were a cluster of nail pops. All the other ones they would just remove the nail, put something over it so it wouldn't pop so easily next time. I then asked, what about the nails that haven't started coming out yet. He said for me to call them and they would come fix those. He then left, all this took about 10 minutes or less, he didn't leave a card for me to reach him or anything. Told me he would have to come back the weekend after Thanksgiving because he needed to take pictures and all the cameras were gone.

Today, Thursday, November 29 @ about 2:30 the structural engineer guy came out and did his thing. No Brian to take pictures still. I've only had contact from Brian to schedule the structural engineer guy. Now I have to sit back and wait some more. Meanwhile, two of my neighbors across the street have had or are having their houses totally redone.
