Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

Problems with house repairs from May 2007- Present
11-14-2007 (ADMIN NOTE) Repairs have been made at this address and guess what...the cracks are back! Here are some more photos contributed 11-13-2007.
Lennar told me at first I would have it the following week after we turned in our receipt. This was Thanksgiving week. I never got it. Then I was told it takes two weeks to process the checks and I was supposed to get it last night. I never heard from Justin, the customer care rep regarding that he would not be there. They were supposed to bring it by at 6:30 last night and never showed. Then I was told this morning it would not be until next week. I am very frustrated and unhappy with this matter. The house matters are bad enough, but for a $100 dollar check on one of their employees being a peeping tom who had keys to my home!!!! I am very very upset by this.

Subjectconcerning locks for my home
Veronica,
Justin was supposed to come by this evening with our check for the lock change we had done from Dwayne Campbell handling repairs on our home. He never showed up nor did I receive a call indicating he needed to reschedule. I am very unhappy and rather upset by this occurrence. I want this to be taken care of.
Kyle

I do not understand why this check is taking 3 weeks to process when I was told 2 weeks. I am very unhappy about this. I expected better service.

Well, actually the reason your check has been delayed a week is because Justin tried to back date the check in the computer.
On the 15th he entered the check into the check request run for the 13th, which had already been processed and the person who makes the check requests had already ran the check request on the 13th.
He should have entered it for the 16th and your check would have been here this week.
Once again, I apologize for your inconvenience.
Thank you,

Update: 12-11-2007
As of 2:30pm today, we are still waiting for our check from Lennar to reimburse us for replacing our locks ourselves due to Lennar's employee being a peeping tom. The incident in which the Lennar repesentative was fired happened on Nov 5. Why are we still waiting?
Update: 2-06-2008
We got the reimbursement check in early December. Then I went into the doctor on Dec. 10th to find out about the lump in my right breast so we had to put off getting the drawer repaired. I had a series of tests done and was diagnosed with breast cancer on Dec. 17, 2007. I started chemo January 16th after lymphnode biopsy on Jan. 14th to find that I am negative in the lymphnodes which is very good. I will under chemo through May 30th and have surgery this summer. My husband is handling Lennar about our drawer. We have not heard anything yet. I tried to contact them myself, but my email address was coming up as invalid so he did not want me stressed out in dealing with Lennar anymore. My email address is in fact valid. I have had it for years. So my husband is handling that end now. Our warranty is only good through May of this year concerning the cracks in our home, but I cannot be moved out or inconvenienced again when I am undergoing treatment.
