Well first off I bought this house under the impression that the only thing that was wrong with it was the microwave didn't work, all the time...no big deal! We hired our own inspector to look threw the house,which is normal for first time home buyers. He didn't find anything major. I did point out the nail pops that we had and he said that that was minor. Not thinking twice we moved in and everything was ok. I did notice some funny business going on when we kept seeing all kinds of Blue Whale moving trucks in the neighborhood. It just didn't seem right. Over the four short months that we lived in our home we received a flyer about the DEFECTS...hmmmm I knew I should have listen to my instinct. However so we called the number. Had them come out schedule the time to move etc. We moved out of our home on NOV. 7TH 2007 and still to this day (Dec. 19th 2007) still have not moved back in. Here is a list of a couple things that has happened to us while in this whole process with BRIAN his supervisor GREG.....and/or LENNAR if you would like!

• 1. We will eventually have to pay about $6,000 for our carpet(that we still owe on) and that was the only thing that we asked BRIAN to do was take care of it since it is his job to supervise these people.

Well unfortunately that didn't happen I had to use some paper from the moving company to lay on the carpet and then they cover the carpet with some plastic. However the carpet still managed to get sheet rock and paint on it(which BRIAN says is from when they pulled the tape up from the carpet???) How do you get paint on the carpet if it's covered? I was told that BRIAN had the steam cleaners clean the carpet twice and vacuum it several times. (Did I mention that my mother and father have there own cleaning business and have had is for years oh and my husband works for them too!!! Sorry but there is no getting past us if it comes down to the cleanliness and in which the carpet was not!!!) Also he stated that he and GREG got on there hands and knees and said they didn't see any paint,sheet rock or discoloration on this new carpet.

Well that's funny b/c no one has walked on this new carpet with shoes except the movers and these crappy LENNAR PEOPLE. Overall they are going to replace the carpet. However b/c they are the ones that messed up the carpet they are not willing to pay the $6,000 that we still owe on this carpet and at that they didn't even want us to take the carpet, they said that they were going to shred it??? So I took it upon myself to rip it all up. GREG was soooooo concerned about this he was like well then if it's able to be reused why did I just purchase new carpet for your home??? Well let me see.....

• 1. I still owe on this carpet and
• 2.it's mine and
• 3. if BRIAN was doing his job properly and was supervising these people it wouldn't of happened in the first place.

With all that said I just want my house to be the exact way it was before I moved out excluding the defects. However BRIAN and GREG both said that if me nor my husband weren't able to get off of work they would no longer be able to pay for our expenses. Well I just had to tell them...so they are going to pay us up until sat (Dec. 22nd) which is the day that they are going to move us in and unpack us. Well that's just the carpet incident. Oh did I mention that my husband was telling BRIAN that if you look and get on your hands and knees you can clearly see all the sheetrock,paint and discoloration on the carpet and BRIAN stated well this is not his house...of course it's not and that's why you don't care about it and that's why the only thing he want's to talk about is when we can move and not being able to pay our expenses. Well if you would have done your job right the first time you wouldn't still be paying us now would ya?

• 2. I made a list and I told BRIAN everything that still needed to be done however he took it upon himself and just write down the items he felt needed to be fixed for example...toilet paper holder on the wrong wall BRIAN'S excuse well in all the other houses this is the wall they are on..well when we moved in the toilet paper holder was on this wall...so that was fixed not a big deal..towel holders in the wrong spots, texture not done completely husbands closet, bathroom still not done. Paint on the ceiling paint on the toilet and paint on the shelves in the bathroom. There is still a nail pop that is in the downstairs restroom and it has a piece of tap still on it and his writing on the wall pointing to it...still not fixed...back door had to be replaced and fence they said they wouldn't even touch b/c we are out of warranty??? Warranty I didn't know that a fence came with a warranty and I know that the fences in this neighborhood are defected...we have fans in every room in our home and all the fans were put in the wrong spots. That's now fixed.
• 3. We had shelves on the wall when you first walk in our house and we were told to leave them, that the painters would remove them. Tell me why they ripped the shelves out of the walls and didn't use any type of tool to even try to remove them the correct way?????? Then they put up the same shelves up and they are crooked but BRIAN said that they will purchase us new ones b/c the screws are bent and the shelves now aren't able to be screwed in straight. Again another lack of supervision.
• 4. When the walls were getting torn down we would check on the house almost every day, usually to make sure the carpet was covered however we did notice that instead of using a 2 x 4 to nail the sheetrock to they used several broken pieces of trim??? I don't know why, but I did called our inspector and he did say that it can be used but it shows poor workmanship. I showed BRIAN and he said that they would remove it and put a 2 x 4 there. Well they tried to cover it up without anyone noticing but they didn't tape off the sheet rock so there was a little crack that I was able to see threw and I did in fact see that they didn't replace it so I called BRIAN and let him know that it wasn't taken care of. Again lack of supervision or poor workmanship which ever you would like to call it.
• 5. I have a friend who just purchased a home in this neighborhood besides the fact that he knew about our whole issue with our house he still purchased a home here in this HUTTOPARKE subdivision and his home isn't even four months old and he is already experiencing the same problems we all are nail pops etc.

Well this story will be continued b/c I know we will have more problems between now and sat so..... TO BE CONTINUED
