Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

207 Almquist

Sept. 4, 2007

We live on 207 Almquist. I am very unsatified with all the promise they have made and Lennar keep stalling to take care of our issues. We have gone through Customer Service/Supervisors/Managers and now we are dealing with Tom C. First of all here are my issues.

We don't know what to do any more. They schedule us several times for repairs, but nothing is ever finished. We have to keep calling them to see why or when will they be back to complete. They always seem to want to bring a supervisors over to see if they could fix the problem or not, yet nothing is ever resolved. They send contractors out yet have of them don't speak English and can't communicate with customer service rep. or they will skip what needs to be done. One other problem I have is that when supervisors come out to look at your home, they come with an attitude. Please add me to the list.

Thanks,

5-4-2008 Update!
The past couple of day's we had been smelling something really bad and getting stronger day by day. My husband asked me if I had spilled water or a soft drink on the side of the bed, we felt the carpet damp. On Sunday I couldn't stand the smell anymore. So I pulled the carpet from the edge and discovered that is was soaking wet. You will see in the photos where the concrete is wet, starting from the window and the back wall of our bedroom/bath wall. Mold has been seen on the bottom post of the headboard, there is a crack on the concrete in the our bedroom. We don't know if this water is coming from a pipe the bathtub, or outside coming in.

Has anyone experience this?
