I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

Currently I have cracks in my brick, in corner and top part of some walls, cracks in almost every window, nails pops outside and along fireplace along with soft spots on my roof. My damper didn't open up this past winter in my fireplace. I have stripping coming off the back door. My garage door jams sometimes. I have had the drywall repaired 3 times. I put a hold on Lennar fixing the cracks and the rest of the house. They sent their engineer out here. I didn't get him recorded but wished I had. He was rude and told me that I didn't have settling/foundation problems. Example of rudeness; I made a statement of "I have never seen a house settle so much like this house.". He said" What did you say?" I told him again. He said, "You don't have settling/foundation problems.

I am supposed to get the results from their engineer today. I am hiring an engineer to come out here and check out the house. I did call an inspector. He refused to come. Told me that my problem was the trusses. He knew that without coming out. He was familiar with Hutto Park. They fixed the ditch in my backyard twice, fixed my cracked window, fixed the drywall, and fixed some cracks before. The sealed the cracks in the driveway. My chimney makes clanking noises. Something fell? I was advised to get an engineer. In fact they advised me to talk to everyone and hire one engineer.
