Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

127 Sylvan

Submitted July 9th 2007: My name is Dorothy Parks am a home owner in Hutto Parke. I live at 127 Sylvan. Please note Lennar has been working in my home off and on since April 9th and the work still has not been completed. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. I have taken off from work several times to have repair work done; as usual work has not been done due to workers cannot speak English or do not have the proper tools. We owned a two-story home which have nails problems which not only exits from the problem Lennar is willing to admit but, nail problems throughout our home. Yes, I have pictures which I would like to post to allow potential homeowners to know exactly what they are buying. Where one can see nails actually coming out of the walls. I would not want anyone to have to go through what me and my husband has had to experience from this ordeal. It's really too upsetting to think or talk about. However, the reality is Lennar attitude is this is not my problem but, it is simply because Lennar created this problem when building our home.
