Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

1. Hall bathroom tub problems... We have had the sheet rock around the tub replaced twice! Now we are having mold remediation done as well as sheet rock replaced again! We asked for a one piece tub and were told they have to put back what they remove. Only more problems are going to arise if the PROBLEM is not FIXED! Plumbers have a lot to say about the two piece tub and we have been told by the 3or4 that have worked on that tub that they don't even have the install instructions!

2. Master bath same problem as hall! This is the first time they will remove the sheet rock and do a mold remediation in this bathroom.

3. A/c has leaked before and caused water spots on ceiling along with MOLD! We had this supposedly fixed last summer and now its leaking again and we have more MOLD!

4. Numerous nail pops and not to mention cracks!!! We had Lennar's EIT...(Engineer in training) out to do an inspection and got the report back stating all things are cosmetic. This we found to be very interesting due to the fact he didn't look at the 5 nails popping out of the wall in the master bedroom, said he had seen enough when offered to see the back of the house and never even ventured into the attic. Didn't mention the tile and grout cracking in either upstairs bathrooms or the laundry rooms, which has caused cuts on every foot in this house!! Ohh!! And put in the report we had nail pops in a room that we actually didn't and also put the wrong dimensions to a bedroom.

5. Work that was done at our one-year walk got 1/2 way done and then we were forgotten about! Still have blue tape around the house :) We are upset with the fact that we were forgotten about for over a year and our phone calls went unanswered. We want the problems fixed correctly so we can live in our home without half painted walls and MOLD! It is a shame that once you notice all of the nails popping out of your walls, and grout racking you cant sit down and relax because you are always looking to see what's going to happen next.
