Here are just a few stories and or photos, from those that have been through this drywall repair process or other repairs. These homes are just a few that have been documented as being repaired or having problems. The total home count reported to Channel 8 news on 9/25/2007 was 100 homes for drywall repair. I wonder how many more were not counted for other issues like driveway or re-grading issues.

Here we have the notorious plastic wrapping around the front door along with the sign that informs certain things are not allowed by the workers. I can't recall if being competent is one of the requirements but I don't think so.
In this series of pics taken at 6:30pm 12-12-2007 featured below, we can see in the last image that we have yet another broken garage door. This has been common in our neighborhood. As you can see we have a security vulnerability and the sad thing is this home will be like this all night long. We have many complaints of Lennar's contractors leaving homes, windows, and even front doors wide open all night long. Even when storms are blowing through! Once again we now have documented proof of another incident. Where is the Lennar customer service rep. overseeing this job and why did they not secure at least the valuables in the garage inside the house if the garage door could not be fixed before the contractors left? Could it be that Lennar just does not care enough to stop by the job site at the end of the day to check on one of their projects or the work their contractors are doing?
Well its almost 11pm 12-12-2007 and as you can see the garage door is still wide open. Just more documentation to show what kind of customer service Lennar really gives those valuable people they call customers. I am sure the residents of this house will want to know how and why this happened.
Here we have the garage door still open the morning after. As expected and experienced before by others it was wide open all night.
