8-10-2010 209 Flinn St. is currently going through Lennars repair process. The numbers just keep going up.

5-13-2010 The latest entry for Hutto Parke problems is 122 Flinn. As stated in there contribution, they were told by Lennar that the soil here was not expansive after questioned specifically. Now dealing with mold and a "screwdriver head sized crack going from the kitchen sidways through the house", they are facing what I am calling the "Lennar Plague". Read Full Complain Here!

5-11-2010 It has been awhile since we have posted anything online about the Hutto Parke situation. All allegations of fraudulent business practices still stand. Lennar has opted for a ruling in our local court (which has been filed again). After Lennar stomped their feet and demanded to follow their arbitration clauses found in the contract, we find ourselves back in local court due to the bloated costs reflected in Lennar's arbitration agreement. In simple terms, after years of going back and forth, Lennar does not find their very own dispute resolution process to financially benefit them in this instance. Lennar has agreed to continue with trial by judge. Trial by jury was not an option Lennar was willing to entertain as many would expect for obvious reasons.

In other news; we have photos of the latest Hutto Parke home that has been repaired as of April 2010. We will be posting up the latest photos of our home problems dealing with leaky pipes, rain (water) intrusion, rotting wood, electrical and appliance failure. Expanding on this we will be posting many problems and more photos of a local Hutto Parke homeowner that contacted us with lately. Lenn-ron has released some interesting news focusing on joint ventures and fraud alligations across many aspects of the companies business model. From a new home customer, to business partner, Minkows alligations are brow raising in the least. Stay Tuned!
