Lennar Corp. of Miami completed its acquisition of Columbia-based Patriot Homes.

Financial terms were not released.

Patriot Homes, which primarily builds single family homes that range in price from $200,000 to $300,000, has concentrated much of its work in Howard County, though the company has built homes in numerous other areas throughout Maryland and Virginia. The company had sales of $109.6 million in 2000.

Lennar has homebuilding operations in 14 states and had sales of $4.7 billion in 2000.
