Hi. My name is Carl Grossman. I have been invited to blog here. I run my own website, LennarHomesSuck.net. Here I am going to focus my first couple of posts on some things that I believe Lennar would like to stay as bottled up as possible.
Today, or tonight really, I want to share some tidbits from the left coast concerning Lennar Corp. They have their share of trouble everywhere that they do business. In the San Francisco Bay Area Lennar has managed to create MORE than their share of trouble.
In a project involving the former Mare Island Naval Station, Lennar and their partner have filed bankruptcy on a project that has failed ostensibly due to falling land values.

It just seems to me that in the world of builders, Lennar might be the one most symbolic of corporate greed. Maybe I should not feel so all alone about what they pulled with us.
