I agree with you 100 percent. We rented in our comunity while our home and others went up. We watched as they would bulid it and rip it down put it in and take it out. We had three different roofing shingles on our home till they finally got it right. Walls were crooked right from the start but they still sheet rocked, spackled, painted, added the moulding, laid down the floor and spent days deciding how to fix it at this stage. The wall still isn't right.. but ok for industry standards. Who set these standards? I don' t understand how this is cost effective. I will no longer encourage people to buy here.
