The Bayview Hunters Point community continues to meet every Thursday at the Grace Tabernacle Community Church - in the Bayview Hunters Point area to address health and safety issues that adversely impact the community at large.
Lennar the Rogue Developer has been coming under fire all over the Nation. The recent economic crisis has hit Lennar and there have been a number of law suits filed against Lennar in the pipe line that will drag this very corrupt corruption in the cesspool of its making.
Thousands of decent constituents from Sacramento, Tracy, Stockton, Oakland, Modesto, East Palo Alto, and San Francisco - have joined the Caravan For Justice to gather in Sacramento the Capitol of California - and speak out.

In San Francisco Lennar the Rogue Developer is stalling and trying every single gimmick to survive.
Stuart Miller the Chief Executive Officer of Lennar - is trying his best to use his influence to tap into some Stimulus Package Money - with NO success.
All of us have been affected by this Rogue Developer Lennar that has with INTENT caused havoc in our lives.
We in San Francisco were adversely impacted when large scale grading was done in our neighborhood - at Bayview Hunters Point.
There is a rock called Serpentine Rock - when crushed this rock releases ASBESTOS structures.
One way to contain the release of these dangerous structures and its containment to a particular area - pouring millions of gallons of water.
Well, as you might aspect Lennar did not do this.
Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) is growing stronger in San Francisco and the extended Bay Area by the minute.
SLAM leaders have been going to Sacramento, Modesto, Stockton, Oakland, East Palo Alto - every where to inform people that unless - we the people are organized - we really cannot fight for our rights.
Last Thursday we went to Sacramento the capital of California. We called our trip to Sacramento - Caravan for Justice.
Lennar is a Rogue Company that has defaulted on its first Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - in San Francisco.
Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) is making progress. This is our movement formed in San Francisco to drive Lennar from our community and into oblivion.
This progress takes a lot of work.
The community is happy that the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) fined Lennar $515,000. This is perhaps the first time - Lennar has been fined by this Regulatory Agency.
Lennar sinking in the cesspool of its own making - building homes on mostly toxic sites.

Lennar Bayview Hunters Point Limited Liability Corporation - (Lennar BVHP LLC) - with intent, bombarded the Bayview Hunters Point community for over four months.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar $515,000.
In fact Lennar should have been fined over $38 million - yes, thirty eight million for the over three hundred and eighty days - that they violated the dust and asbestos violations.
The Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP PAC) and the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard had a joint meeting to prop Lennar and the on going development at Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The meeting was held September 18, 2008 at 6 pm at the Southeast Commission Facility - 1800 Oakdale in San Francisco.
The joint BVHP PAC and the CAC meeting was held to prop Lennar and give them some support to carry out their on going projects that Lennar is having difficulty to proceed with.
