It has been a while since we have revisited the Pinnacle Hill situation.
My losses attributed to Lennar
It was Sept. 20 2004 when my son in law was electrocuted installing a new dryer in a Lennar built home in Cleremont Fl. leaving behind a disabled wife and 2 small children. Coincidentally it was also his youngest daughters birthday. 
Lennar: Chinese drywall fears widen in SW Florida
Richard Cesta’s on his third air conditioning coil in a few months at his Bella Terra condominium. The air in his home sometimes smells of sulfur.
Like other Lee County residents, he’s worried he may be victim of Chinese drywall leaking corrosive chemicals into his home and endangering his health.
“You can actually see all the copper tubing that deals with the air conditioning system has turned black,” said Cesta, 61, a retired truck driver from Long Island, N.Y., who bought the condo in south Lee County in 2006 and retired there with his wife, Virginia, last summer.

Lennar fined over $515,00 by Bay Area Air Quality Management District in San Francisco.
Lennar is a Rogue Company that has defaulted on its first Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - in San Francisco.
Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) is making progress. This is our movement formed in San Francisco to drive Lennar from our community and into oblivion.

The community is happy that the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) fined Lennar $515,000. This is perhaps the first time - Lennar has been fined by this Regulatory Agency.
